In 2023, our Managing Director, Ed Christmas became Business Partner, marking an exciting new chapter in our evolution. Dee Sturgess, our first-ever consultant, has been a true cornerstone of our journey, passionately guiding us to become leaders in industry sales training. Her unwavering dedication and insight have been invaluable to our success.

Amber Staynings, with already 5 years as a sales consultant, identified a gap in the market for a sales-first business model focusing on relationships and analytics. Her passion for the industry sparked the idea for Bums on Seats.

Fueled by a love for entrepreneurship, Amber launched Bums on Seats, pioneering sales audits and establishing a strong foothold in the sales training space. Dee joined in February 2019.

During the pandemic, we adapted and grew alongside our clients, maintaining long-term partnerships and supporting them through unprecedented challenges.

We embraced industry changes, enhancing our services to meet evolving needs and ensuring our clients continued to thrive in a new landscape.

By 2023, we had solidified our position as leaders in pre-booked sales, offering innovative solutions that set industry standards. Ed became business partner and Amber became a mummy in March this year with a whole set of exciting new challenges to navigate.

Our limitless mindset drives us to continuously evolve, pushing boundaries and exploring new opportunities to maintain our leadership in the industry. Evolution includes the build of HAIDI, our AI and reporting tool to not only help understand your sales but what can be done about it.
