 Dee is a highly sought-after Sales Consultant with over 25 years’ experience within the hospitality sector. Her extensive experience, which includes a background in multi-site management and national operations, gives her a strong understanding of all areas of Hospitality.

Dee was the first consultant to join Bums in early 2019 and has led multiple consultancy projects across our client portfolio including being placed within client’s businesses at Director Level.

Her passion for creating engaging training, effective team coaching, and team development meant that she was a natural choice for heading up the Talent and Training Department at Bums on Seats!
